Prize-winning Dutch designer Marcel Wanders has created a versatile collection of symmetrical parts with sculptural elements, reinventing the century-old tradition of Delft porcelain, called Delft Blue.
Marcel Wander has been designing for leading international companies such as Flos, Alessi, Puma, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, MAC Cosmetics, Cappellini, B&B Italia, Moroso and Target. Wanders also designs for architectural projects, such as the Kameha Grand hotel in Bonn, the Mondrian South Beach hotel in Miami and the Villa Moda store in Bahrain.

The author created an art object in which he showed the beauty, movement and energy of Moser crystal in a special way. Each prism is ground to absolute perfection, each has its exact place relative to the others.

The model for Caorle’s internationally successful collection was its diverse textures and ancient architecture. With a confident cut of precise hexagons, the Caorle vase makes it clear that it belongs to the elite Moser family. The craftsmanship and imaginative design won the prestigious award at the Tableware International Awards of Excellence in Frankfurt in 2019. A jury was composed of 26 prestigious international panelists, from buyers, boutique owners to global designers and luxury distributors. As the “Artinasal” category focuses on the techniques used, the judges of the Tableware International Awards highlighted the quality of Czech crystal, its colours, and a perfect cut.

Caramba from Kosta Boda is inspired by Mexico. “¡Ay, caramba!” is a bold statement that contributes to the power of the hand-painted black details on this mouth-blown dish: slithering snakes, jumping fish, and wildly blossoming flowers. Design by Ulrica Hydman Vallien.
