Just as the creator of the mosaic assembles the individual stones into perfect unity, so our grinders manually create individual facets on the surface of the Arctic bowl or vase. The “alla prima” technique, ie direct grinding to glass without pre-drawing, is a real proof of their artistic mastery. The result depends on the estimate and the sense of proportion that creates a perfectly harmonious work.
