The vase in circular glass from the Crackle collection has an expressive, sculptural exterior created using an old handicraft technique where the hot glass is dipped in ice-cold water – this makes each vase unique.
Jungnelius’ is one of Sweden’s leading artists within the field. Her works are represented in the collection of Moderna Museet, Stockholm, The Swedish National Gallery to name a few as well as several prominent private collections around the world.

The vase in circular glass from the Crackle collection has an expressive, sculptural exterior created using an old handicraft technique in which the hot glass is dipped in ice-cold water. The circular glass that Crackle is made of, makes the products shift in color, and the small bubbles created during the process of making recycled glass into a new product, make each vase unique. Crackle is mouth-blown in Kosta and designed by Åsa Jungnelius.
Jungnelius’ breakthrough was with her early works in glass and she has since held the position as one of Sweden’s leading artists within the field.
